Centrifuge

This machine is specifically designed to help remove water from product (eg leafy vegetables, peas, coleslaw) by use of centrifugal force acquired by high speed spinning. A stainless steel tank, with access lid, houses a special perforated basket, which contains the wet product. The basket is spun at high speed allowing excess water to be forced out the side of the basket and out through the bottom of the machine to drain. The machine is self-contained with a control system driving the motor, providing full speed control, timer, manual control and safety devices.
