The Food Machinery Australasia Ltd range of Drum type Additives dry ingredient tumblers/coaters are of stainless steel construction. FMA can configure these units with vibrating feed assemblies, belt feeds or single screw auger or double screw configurations using profiled flights. The FMA units are available in many different sizes and additional configurations can be requested. They are suitable for dry powders thru to ground spices and flavor additives for enrobing products. They can be supplied complete with infeed or discharge assemblies to move products into or out of the assembly. The FMA Drum tumblers/coaters can also be designed with special custom features to suit your needs or handling characteristics of your additives and your coated or seasoned products. FMA uses the latest in 3D CAD design software.
Multi lane sizing:
The Food Machinery Australasia Ltd range of Multi lane size graders are of stainless steel construction, although they can be fabricated in carbon steel materials also. They can be configured in pairs of longitudinal roller sets and are typically manufactured using 3 – 5 lanes (6 – 10) rollers for diameter grading. The spacing between the rollers can be altered to change the size/diameter that will drop through the gap in the pairs of the rollers. These units are available in many different sizes and configurations to suit most types of raw materials from potatoes thru to cherries etc. The FMA diameter graders can be supplied with or without side outfeed discharge conveyors to remove graded product out of the underside of the machine and into say a tote bin at the side of the assembly. The diameter size graders can also be designed with special features and these can be built into the design to suit any application.
