The FMA range of Belt type deluge blanchers are fabricated from 304 stainless steel materials. They can use specially designed conveyor belt with formed sections that are perforated for high water flows or plastic modular belts depending on temperature, retention times and product loading rates. The water heating systems can be direct or indirect systems. The hot water circulation systems are a deluge water spray system, i.e. (pass the water through the product not the product through the water). FMA can custom manufacture your item to suit your application and needs.
