The FMA range of continuous Rice coolers are fabricated from 304 stainless steel materials. Specially designed barrel sections with a formed ribbon screw section and perforated screen drum, these outer drum sections are perforated sheet to promote high water flows for an even accurate cooling process. The auger ribbon is fitted to the inside of the drum screen to contain the product and to allow for a controlled product retention time during the cooling process. The cooling medium can be cooled from the direct cooling or indirect cooling method. FMA can custom manufacture your item to suit your application and needs.
