The FMA range of Batch cookers are fabricated from 304 stainless steel. The range of Batch cookers can be constructed in many sizes & configurations ranging from 5Kgs through to 1,000Kgs holding capacities. These batch types of process cookers typically comprise of a main vessel or cabinet and are manually sealed once the produce has been loaded in by hand or removed. Automatic product loading and unloading system are available on request. The water heating systems can be direct or an indirect system, smaller unit can be fitted with inbuilt electrical heating circuits.
