The Food Machinery Australasia Ltd range of Soil and dirt eliminators are of stainless steel construction, although they can be fabricated in carbon steel materials also. They can be configured in single bed or double bed configurations using rubber or urethane profiled finger sets for soil removal. These units are available in many different sizes and configurations. The FMA Dirt eliminator can be supplied with or without side out-feed discharge conveyors to remove dirt /soil out of the underside of the machine and into say a waste bin at the side of the assembly. The dirt eliminators can also be designed with special features and these can be built into the design to suit any application, e.g. items fitted with special preparation sizing rollers to remove under size product with the dirt/soil stream.
