Belt Washing Systems

The FMA range of CIP Belt washing systems typically comprise of a top down pressure spray bar fitted with cleaning nozzles and one bottom up pressure spray bar also fitted with cleaning nozzles, these spray bars would both be fitted to the lower belt section on the return side of the conveyor belt return by a common manifold connected to a pump set. The wash water is collected on the underside and is stored in the pump collection tank for recycling all or a portion of.

Optional to the system is a blower with air knife assembly, this should be fitted immediately after this rinsing / washing area and allows for excess water to be stripped from the conveyor belt, the water is collected on a collection catch tray and is directed back to the main water collection tank for reuse.
