The job of the Dewatering Reel is to separates solids from water. The water is generally that which has been used for cleaning or transportation process in a food process line. For this water to be reclaimed it must pass through the Dewatering Reel which contains a reel made from perforated stainless steel. The perforations are of a size to let water pass through but to catch any solids. The unwanted solids are then passed through the machine to waste. The filtered water can then be pumped either back through the process system or to an effluent system. The machine is of full stainless steel construction and is designed to suit each application.
