Kettles

The FMA range of hot oil Kettles are fabricated from 304 stainless steel materials. Specially designed base sections with a formed section to promote trash removal and limit the total oil volume within the kettle. Attention has also been given to the topside with a redesigned of topside covers and vapor seals. The FMA range of hot oil kettles can be constructed in many sizes & configurations ranging from 500Kgs through to 15,000Kg per hour capacities. Units can be configured with multiple belt sets utilizing different materials, Teflon infeed convey zones for coated & crumbed and difficult products, hold down belts, waste removal systems, oil filtration and heating systems.
