The FMA range of Conveyor bed dryers are of a multi module combination, they are manufactured from 304 stainless steel materials, the belt can be of a stainless steel configuration or in some cases a modular plastic belt can be used. These drying systems can be made in almost any size/capacity to suit any application ranging from 1,000KgHr through to 15,000KgHr. The systems are manufactured in a modular configuration to allow for easy expansion to units as time or production permits. Fan sets are configured to suit each application and all systems can be fitted with fully automated control for maintaining precise drying curves on sensitive products. These units can also be configured for application such as dehydration. The heat source is normally provided by a steam coil (tube and fin type or plain tube for improved airflow and cleaning characteristics). The unit is fitted with swinging door sets on each module to allow access for cleaning along the full length of the unit.
