The FMA range of Vacuum hot water blanchers are fabricated from 304 stainless steel materials. These units can be batch types or continuous process blanchers. The main vessel or cabinets are sealed and the infeed / outfeed areas are fitted with rotary feeders to provide for an air lock arrangement for the continuous blanching units. The water heating systems can be direct or an indirect system. FMA can custom manufacture your item to suit your application and needs.
