The FMA range of CIP washing systems are developed to suit each application and typically comprise of spray wash balls, pressure spray bars with cleaning nozzles. The systems are typically connected by a common manifold, valving network and are connected to a pump set, filtering systems are also fitted and in some cases oil traps etc are also required. Most systems would require a heat source, preheated water and a chemical dosing system. The CIP wash water is generally collected on the underside of the equipment and is stored in the pump collection tank for further recycling of all or a portion of.
