The FMA range of Fluidized washers are fabricated from 304 stainless steel. The fluidized washer operates on the principal of that the produce will sink down when added to a deep tank / device full of water where the specific gravity of the produce / item is greater than that of water. A high upward flow of water is pumped through the unit in an upward direction which lifts the produce to the surface again and provides interaction which aids in the cleaning & washing action, the produce then moves into a different zone and is aloud to sink prior to removal from the zone by auger or elevated conveyor dependant on produce type. The debris and items that have been aided to the surface by this upward action are removed to waste. FMA can custom manufacture your item to suit your application and needs.
