Designed to remove foreign matter (eg stones) from batches of fruit whilst elevating the fruit to a set height. This is achieved using a series of hollow plastic rollers evenly spaced acting as a conveyor for the fruit. The rollers are "free rolling" and are chain driven. The spaces between the rollers allow the foreign matter to fall through into a collection hopper but too small for the fruit. An enclosed area on the machine contains spray bars, which also washes the foreign material off the fruit. The machine is of stainless steel construction, designed to any size to suit most applications.
