Effectively, this is a stainless steel conveyor, which vibrates or shakes the product through the machine without the use of a revolving belt. The conveyor itself is vibrated at high frequency using a pair of vibratory motors. Vibration is almost completely dampened between the conveyor and it's mounting frame using a set of shaker arms. This machine can be a designed to be a multi-level product size grader, a single level shaker with a perforated bottom to allow unwanted foreign material to be removed, or a simple shaker/conveyor which spreads out product across it's base to assist hand-sorting or inspection. Any application is available and can be designed to suit your unique application.
